- Peel Potatoes
- Place in a bowl of water when you are done peeling to keep your potatoes from turning black.
- Cut onion
- Cut your potatoes long way then in cubes.
- Season your potatoes up using your choice of seasoning.
- Heat up some oil in a non-stick skillet.
- Put the potatoes and onions in the skillet.
- Cook on Med high for ten minutes.
- Stir around while cooking the potatoes.
- Turn your stove down on low.
- Place the top on the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Take the top off and cook for 5 minutes
- It's done
