Southern Fried Cabbage And Sausage
This recipe is highly seasoned and very delicious. All you will need for this recipe is Cabbage, Sausage, and a can of diced tomatoes.
Ingredients
Method
- Melt one stick of butter in a pot and turn the stove top on medium-high.
- Cut your Cabbage up and place it in the pot.
- Chop your onion up and place it in the pot
- Add seasoning
- Cover your pot with a Lid and cook for 10 minutes.
- Cut up one pack of sausage and fry it in a separate skillet on medium heat. Remember to flip and cook both sides of the sausage.
- Drain grease off the sausage by setting on paper towel.
- Take the lid off the cabbage pot and add one can of tomatoes and cook it on low for five minutes with the lid placed back on the pot.
- Add sausage to the pot and cook for ten minutes.
- Enjoy!
