These are hands down the best tasting salmon patties I’ve ever made! It consists of flour, egg, onion, and mustard. This is a Southern-style recipe everyone loves here in the South. Salmon Patties were my mom’s go-to meal growing up. She would cook rice, peas, fat back, and biscuits for her sides. When I first started cooking salmon patties they never turned out like mom and grandma’s patties did, but that didn’t stop me from cooking them. When I made this recipe, I had to share it with you all because everything came out so perfectly. My patties turned out the perfect size, they were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, yummy : ). Finally, I have made them perfect like grandmas, this is why I named them Grandma Salmon Patties.

Ingredients
Oil, mustard, salt, onion, egg, pepper, flour, and one can of salmon.
What To Serve For Side Dish
White rice and peas have always been my Grandma favorite sides to go with salmon patties. She would also make homemade biscuits and fry up some fat back as well. 🙂
