This is hands down the best tasting salmon patties I’ve ever made! It consists of flour, egg , onion and mustard. This is a southern style recipe everyone loves here in the south. Salmon Patties was my mom go to meal growing up. She would cook, rice, peas, fat back and biscuits for her sides . When I first started cooking salmon patties they never turned out like mom and grandma patties did but that didn’t stop me from cooking them. When I made this recipe I had to share with you all because everything came out so perfect. My patties turned out the perfect size, they were crispy on the out side and moist on the inside yummy : ) . Finally I have made them perfect like grandmas, this is why I named them Grandma Salmon Patties.
