- Add oil, Garlic Pepper, Lime Juice, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Parsley, Paprika, Italian seasoning, and Knorr chicken seasoning to chicken leg Quarters.
- Mix in the season until it is all over the Chicken Leg Quarters
- Let the meat sit for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Spray pan and lay chicken in layers.
- Save marinate to base Chicken Leg Quarters as they bake every 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350 for 1hr and 30 minutes.

Chicken leg quarters are my choice when trying to save some money until the next payday. They are so cheap and make a nice warm filling meal. Leg Quarters are part of the dark meat on the chicken. Being on the dark meat side helps it come out nice tender and juicy.
