Chocolate Chip is my favorite kind of cookie, it’s something I can’t turn down. I love them big or small, thick or skinny lol. When I created this recipe, it came out so delicious. My family asks me to make these every weekend .

• 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
• 1/2 Cup Brown sugar
• 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 Large Egg
• 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chip pieces

Method

 

1. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside
2. In a separate bowl combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk for 1 -2 minutes
3. Crack the egg and vanilla extract, Mix until well combined.
4. Add dry ingredients to the wet butter and fold gently.
5. Add chocolate chips and fold
6. Scoop 9 cookies with an ice cream scoop onto the pan and chill for 30 minutes
7. Bake for 17 minutes at 325
8. Enjoy
