- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside
- In a separate bowl combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk for 1 -2 minutes
- Crack the egg and vanilla extract, Mix until well combined.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet butter and fold gently.
- Add chocolate chips and fold
- Scoop 9 cookies with an ice cream scoop onto the pan and chill for 30 minutes
- Bake for 17 minutes at 325
