Ingredients
  

  • 2 or 3 Whole Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Milk Regular Milk or Buttermilk
  • 1/2 Cup Butter or Oil Make sure you melt your butter.
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Cups All Purpose or Self Rising
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Tbsp Oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Smash bananas
  3. Add all your ingredients except the flour and mix very well with your hand no blender is needed.
  4. Add flour and mix, please do not over mix because it will dry out the cakes
  5. Bake at 325 for 55 minutes
  6. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then take it out to sit on a wire rack to cool off.
