Preheat oven to 325, butter the cake pan with room temperature butter.
Blend butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
Combine milk and strawberry mix in another bowl.
Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk to the butter and sugar mixture
Mix
Add Vanilla, strawberry mix, and food coloring
mix
Pour batter into the pan
Bake for 60 minutes on 325
Let the cake cool, then transfer to a wire rack.
For The Glaze
Mix powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and milk until smooth. Pour over the cooled cake.
