Soupou Yell is a Senegalese soup made with cow's feet, and sometimes lamb or beef, along with vegetables such as potatoes, celery, and onions, and seasoned with parsley and other blends of spices.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Italian
  • 2 Tbsp Beef Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard
  • 3 Stalk Celery stalk
  • 1 Whole Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic
  • 1 Whole Bell pepper
  • 3 Whole Habanero Peppers Optional
  • 3 Green onion
  • 3 Whole Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup Parsley
  • 2 Tbsp Paprika
  • 3 Pound Cow foot
  • 1or 2 Pound Beef or Lamb

Method
 

  1. Add meat and 8 to 10 cups of water to a large pot with lid.
  2. Add the vegetable and season blend to pot.
  3. Boil for 1 hour on stove top .
  4. Transfer to a crock pot or leave on the stove top.
  5. Add carrots and potatoes and boil until everything is tender.
  6. Enjoy
