Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Soda
  • 2 cups Oil
  • 1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ounce Bottle of red food coloring
  • 1 box Confectioners
  • 2 8 ounce Packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients and beat for five minutes, then flour the 3-layer pans. Pour cake mix into the pans and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
