- Gradually add bread flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead until smooth and elastic for 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size for about one hour.
- Form the dough into loaves and place them in greased pans.
Let rise again until puffy for about 30-35 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool on wire racks before slicing.
