Homemade Bread Recipe ( no Milk and Eggs)

Ingredients
  

  • 5 or 6 Cup Flour (Bread or All-Purpose flour) I use bread flour; you can use what you have on hand.
  • 2 Cups Warm water
  • 1 (heaping) tsp Yeast
  • 2 (Heaping) tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Honey or Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Oil

Method
 

  1. Mix warm yeast and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes until it becomes foamy.
  2. Add oil, honey, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Gradually add bread flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead until smooth and elastic for 10 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size for about one hour.
  6. Form the dough into loaves and place them in greased pans.
Let rise again until puffy for about 30-35 minutes.
  1. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
  2. Cool on wire racks before slicing.
