Grandma Banana Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 Tsp Cream of Tartar
  • 1/3 Cups Powder Sugar
  • 1 or more Bananas
  • 1 Box Nilla Wafers I used the mini wafers

Method
 

  1. Separate eggs by putting yellow and white in two separate bowls.
  2. Place pot on stove top and add milk,eggs,sugar, flour, vanilla, butter.
  3. Turn stove on medium low heat and mix well until thick.
  4. Set to the side
  5. Layer cookies
  6. Layer bananas
  7. Layer cookies on top now pour your pudding mix on top of the cookies and banana layer.
  8. Blend four egg whites
  9. Add cream of tartar and powder sugar
  10. Spread on top of banana pudding
  11. Now place in oven on broil for one to two minutes.
  12. Let cool and place in the refrigerator.
