Until I tried these Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, I was never a fan of Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. When I took my first bite, I could not stop eating them; that’s how delicious these are. The taste of the bite I took was chewy, soft in the middle, with plump raisins and a cinnamon flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Butter Melt
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Cups Oats
  • 1 1/2 Cup Raisin soak in water for 15 minutes
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325
  2. Whisk together the dry ingredients and set aside
  3. Mix the wet ingredients
  4. Stir in flour mixture
  5. mix
  6. Fold in oats and raisins.
  7. Scoop balls onto a baking sheet and bake for 17 minutes
