This delicious fluffy yellow and sweet-tasting Easy Caramel Cake Recipe with caramel icing will melt in your mouth like cotton candy.

The first time I heard of caramel cake, was when my dad told me it was his favorite cake. My aunt always bakes him a pound cake and then puts caramel icing on it. When I made this recipe for my daddy’s birthday I baked a simple three-layer cake. My dad said the icing was perfect.
