Instructions

  • Peel your potatoes and set aside in water.
  • Cut potatoes, onion, bell pepper, sausage and Jalapeno up.
  • Season with beef season, garlic powder and paprika.
  • Put a little oil in your pan and turn stove top on med high.
  • Add potatoes and season with garlic powder, beef seasoning and paprika. Cook for five minutes on medium high while mixing.
  • Turn stove top on low and cover with a top, let it cook for ten minutes.
  • Put sausage in a different pan and cook for five minutes while mixing
  • Add onion, peppers and mix together while cooking for five minutes.
  • Add potatoes, mix and season
  • Turn stove top down and cover with top, letting it cook for ten minutes
  • Enjoy

Ingredients For Sausage And Potatoes
                                         Potatoes- any kind you can afford
                                           Onions
                                          Peppers – Bell peppers and Jalapeno 
                                        Sausage – Beef, turkey or pork, I used beef.
                                         Seasoning – Beef knorr, garlic powder, paprika
